Shipping Policy

Production Time

Since our products involve personalized customization (DIY), every piece is handcrafted specifically for you after the order is placed.

  • Processing Period: After order confirmation, we require 2-5 business days for selection, assembly, and quality inspection.

Note: Production time may extend slightly during promotional events or holidays. We will notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Time

Once your item is crafted and inspected, your package will be dispatched immediately.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping takes approximately 7-14 calendar days.
  • Total Turnaround: From order placement to delivery, please expect a total of 9-19 days.

We recommend planning your purchase accordingly, especially for time-sensitive gifts.

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Orders

All jewelry designed via our DIY editor is "made-to-order."

  • Photo Preview Service: Upon completion of production, you may contact customer support to request a photo of the actual finished item. If you are not satisfied with the result at this stage, we can process a refund for you.

Note: Once you confirm satisfaction and authorize shipping, or if the item has already been dispatched, returns or exchanges are not supported for non-quality issues.

Ready-to-Ship Items

For non-customized finished items (e.g., Staff Picks collection):

  • We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of receipt.
  • Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, without scratches or damage, and must remain in the original packaging.

Damages & Issues

Damages or Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you discover the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item:

  • Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requirements: Please include your order number and clear, high-quality photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Resolution: After verification, we will arrange a free replacement for you.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • 24-Hour Window: You may contact us to modify or cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After 24 Hours: The order will have entered the production process. If you wish to cancel after this point, please rely on the "Photo Preview Service" (mentioned above in Custom Orders) to review your item before shipment.
